Meet Jennifer Edmonds, founder of Element Pilates & Yoga
Hi! I’m Jen. I’m a Pilates Instructor & Yoga Teacher. I specialise in women’s health (which I’m also super passionate about). The work I do is the product of years of professional & personal experience. I’m a mother, and I’ve been through a long journey of fertility challenges & hormonal issues too. Over time, I’ve partnered with physiotherapists, nutritionists, naturopaths & mindset coaches to understand the best tools to help my clients through their journeys to motherhood.
While personal understanding is a great reference tool, I don’t believe it’s enough to give you the knowledge to help others. So I’ve spent many years studying exercise & health for women at all different stages. In many ways & many times over, Pilates & Yoga changed my life. I can’t promise this will be the case for everyone, but I’ve seen it happen. More times than I can count.
